Eastern style kahal/kohl eyeliners. I randomly read about Guerlain Terracotta Loose Powder Kohl Liner. It's a loose kohl that you apply to your waterline, close your eye, and swipe it across your eye--giving a tight, intense line all the way around your inner lids.
Through reading some reviews, I discovered YouTube tutorials on how to achieve this look
Through that, discovered a couple of cheaper options
I want to try it!!

waterline? is that the inside rim? the inside corner? i am intrigued but need more explanation.
Yeah, it's that little line right above the lashes on the inside. I used to line mine all the time, but liner comes off really easily. I'm anxious to see how this does. Mine is on its way from India!!
